From players in training to accomplished professionals, we support our athletes at every stage of their careers. Together, we define a career plan and look for the club that best meets their requirements and expectations.
We also advise players at the end of their sporting careers and support them in their career transition plans.

Young athletes
We ensure that our young players build their future in the best possible conditions by offering them a specific support service, in close collaboration with the family.
Our coaching philosophy is based on a very simple principle: we act and base our strategy, structure and know-how on an individual basis, as if we were doing it for our own child.
The world of professional field hockey is very difficult and demanding. Unfortunately, not everyone can make a career out of field hockey. If the prospects of a career are not on the horizon, we will be objective and honest in explaining our visions and feelings to the player.
Together, we’ll work out a career path that’s best suited to the player.
Sponsoring / image
In this age of ultra-mediatization, we protect our athletes’ image and advise them on how to manage their communications.
Concerned about their e-reputation, we work closely with a communications and marketing company that can help each of our athletes stand out individually according to their needs.
We negotiate sponsorship contracts with brands and equipment manufacturers and seek out partnerships.
Wealth advice
The career of a top-level athlete is a short one, and it also takes place outside the rink. That’s why we assist and advise our players in optimizing their assets (tax and financial), by working with our partners in each specific area.
As for real estate, our partners are able to advise them and carry out searches, freeing up the player’s time so that he can devote himself fully to his professional goals.
The after career
We define a post-sporting project, highlighting skills and ensuring that they are put into practice.
We implement a reintegration strategy with our partner company, a specialist in the field.
Supporting our athletes
We are very close to our sportsmen and women, and we remain at their service to help them with everyday tasks and events in their private lives, so that they can devote themselves fully to their profession.
Hockey camps
An assessment is carried out with the player on the first day of the camp to target specific points (powerskating, skating, shooting, stick handling, dribbling, etc.).
Each player will be observed individually throughout the camp, but will also evolve on the ice in small groups of similar levels, supervised by qualified coaches.
Training is given in French, English and German.
